REFUND POLICY

At uCertify, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our hands-on courses and other modules. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may refund under the following conditions.


Refund Eligibility

  1. You can request a refund within 7 days from the date of purchase.
  2. The course usage must not exceed 5% of the total course content.
  3. Downloading course materials for offline access will not be considered usage unless you have actively viewed or interacted with the content.
  4. Discounted courses will be refunded based on the adjusted price after applying any discounts.

Refund Process

  1. To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@ucertify.com.
  2. You will be required to provide your name, email address associated with your uCertify account, and the course name you wish to refund.

Non-Refundable Items

  1. Refunds will not be granted for courses that exceed the 7-day refund window or where more than 5% of the course material has been accessed.
  2. Promotional items, exam vouchers, and bundles are non-refundable.
  3. Our team will review your request and verify that the course usage is within the stipulated 5% limit.
  4. If your request meets the eligibility criteria, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Important Notes

  1. Partial refunds are not available. Only full refunds for eligible courses will be processed.
  2. We reserve the right to deny a refund request if it does not meet the above criteria.
